Our two-day conference will be held in the Portuguese city of Coimbra on April 7 and 8, 2017. The conference will cover topics of physical activity, good governance, inclusion and other relevant themes. Plenary sessions will be accompanied by workshops and we will feature good practices and present opportunities to be actively engaged in projects and activities. The Conference will be accompanied with the annual EUSA Gala, where we honour the best achievements.

It’s a wonderful occasion to be together and experience the beauty of sport. I am pleased to see so many sport lovers, who share values of Fair Play, equal opportunities and education, promoted by EUSA.
European Universities Championships 2017 organized in 19 sports make it possible for student-athletes to get to know each other and challenge their skills in a friendly atmosphere. During such events we do more than just sport – we broaden our horizons, get to know other cultures, we promote healthy mind in a healthy body.
Apart from our sports events, we are happy and proud to be active also in other fields. EUSA Conference is an educational event which brings together stakeholders related to sport diplomacy, university sports organisation, universities, events organisers and others, to meet, discuss and plan together better future for university sport in Europe.
